- Luggage and belongings will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves or their guests.
- It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner in hotel premises.
- Management has the right to request any guest to vacate the premises without previous notice if he /she causes any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises and they shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
- Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and govt. rules and regulation in force to from time to time.
